I had several that were several years old and still functional. Updating the bed, I rotated new firm ones into the mix. Firm is the way to go for me. They sink deep and support well. Natural, so they are always breathable. If you are used to authentic goose down, there is no substitute. Charter Club has continued to consistently maintain high standards in the this world of throw away everything. R.H. would find these within his standards I believe

The quality and comfort of this medium density pillow is perfect for a side sleeper. When purchased on sale it is a good value.

The soft is TOO firm!!!!

These pillows are very soft,and I had no problem getting used to them. I have a fused neck,and they are perfect even with that problem. There's no foam inserts,just plenty of down only,and they plump right up after use.

Like the firmness, but hope it softens up a bit with use.

I bought this pillow for myself. I was having a hard time sleeping. This pillow has excellent support It really supports my head and neck without losing its shape

These are firm yet soft yet not too firm. Love that they are down and fluff nicely. I got the medium firm.
