Would love RL to add an envelope closure vs creating self fabric packaging.

Poor customer care

I was very unhappy with the Ralph Lauren queen size bed linen delivery: wrong color and wrong size pillow cases. I returned the items and still received a bill for the returned items.

Rough

These pillow cases are so rough feeling on my face that I can't use them. Put the pillows with these on them under another pillow with different cases to sleep on.

Not what I expected

Disappointed in this purchase. The fabric has an almost gritty texture, not smooth like I expected. The fabric also has no wrinkle resistance. I do not recommend.

Beautifully well made and comfortable

Beautiful king size pillowcases. We chose a dark complementary color to accent our quilt and they’re lovely. Extremely well made and comfortable to sleep on. Very pleased!
