The product is fine, but the packaging was terrible! It took me 2 days of pondering before concluding that it was impossible to open it without ripping apart the box, and a good 30 minutes even then before liberating the contents. I NEEDED it in a box to send it as a gift.

Very disappointed with the size
I love these earrings but Macy’s sent the wrong size. I ordered the 30mm and received the 32mm. Too big. Please check sizing before sending — several mm makes a big difference in the look of a hoop earring.
