Very comfortable and true to size. It took forever to find all cotton. I will definitely am buying more.

Wanted cotton underwear with a covered waistband and these fit the bill. However, there is a broad band of stitching on the interior of the waistband and the thread used is not cotton, as I am having a skin reaction to it. The whole point of buying cotton was to avoid this. Nice panties, but not for those with sensitive skin.

Great fit, but the hard seams on the sides are pokey and uncomforable, espeically at the bottom of the leg opening. They didn't soften up with washing either.

So far I have no opinion because you are claiming you could not deliver. Meanwhile, another item in this order was delivered just fine.
