Hotel Collection European White Goose Down Firm Density Pillow, King, Exclusively at Macy’s

Excellent pillow if you like real soft and scrunchie- I am a stomach sleeper and this pillow works great !

Just the right amount of softness

love these super soft pillows

This is advertised as a "Firm" down pillow. There is absolutely no firmness to this pillow. It could use twice the amount of down in it to make it feel somewhat firm.

I bought the firm pillow, but it is not firm and supported , it is like mid soft.

Great pillow when you fluff it up , very good one.

I love this pillow, so soft, so perfect

Had a good experience with sales and merchandise

For such an expensive pillow, it is flat and uncomfortable. I have to use both of them and now find myself waking up multiple times throughout the night. I am now searching for other ridiculously expensive pillows that actually have some lushness about them. Do not recommend.

We purchased the hotel collection pillows many years ago after a stay at a hotel that featured this pillow. While the pillows are still soft, they were not able to support head. The new pillows solve everything. Soft and supportive.
