This is advertised as a "Firm" down pillow. There is absolutely no firmness to this pillow. It could use twice the amount of down in it to make it feel somewhat firm.

I bought the firm pillow, but it is not firm and supported , it is like mid soft.

For such an expensive pillow, it is flat and uncomfortable. I have to use both of them and now find myself waking up multiple times throughout the night. I am now searching for other ridiculously expensive pillows that actually have some lushness about them. Do not recommend.

We purchased the hotel collection pillows many years ago after a stay at a hotel that featured this pillow. While the pillows are still soft, they were not able to support head. The new pillows solve everything. Soft and supportive.
