Shun Premier 4" Paring Knife

This my second one. I love this knife. Nice fit in the hand. Super sharp. Handy shape and size.

This has been our first “good” knife, and it did not disappoint!

I love this knife! Best purchase I made this year. It works very well and is beautiful to look at.

Got this on sale and love having this 4" knife in the block in the kitchen. This knife is great for all types of salad preparation or for fruit desserts. Small and versatile with the Shun knife edge making food prep easy. Enjoyed this knife so much I had to get a second one for the kitchen.

Compared to our prior knives, these are more evenly balanced and lighter. My wife loves the overall look of the knife and functional style of blade with dimpling.

the quality you'd expect from Shun

Beautiful knife. Stays sharp for long. If you heavily prep though I suggest getting a ceramic honing. They dull out after heavy prep for a couple of months.

Nice for cutting vegetables very sharp blade, nice balance and looks good too

I am a Shun fanboy but I have to say that this paring knife is gorgeous! It's a work of art. Incredibly sharp. I love it!

I recently purchased this paring knife for myself. It is absolutely beautiful in every way. Being Shun the knife edge is super sharp. Being Shun the knife if beautiful!
