Cozy, soft and inside pockets.
I bought this for my 89 yo mother who loves when the outside pockets has a sewn in inside pockets. My mom’s cell phone and comb fit perfect on the inside even tho there is no zipper it’s long and horizontal so nothing falls out. Then the softness on her skin won’t her over. Great zip up at a great price.

Wrong color
The jacket is perfect but I ordered a black and got a greenish grey color and I’m so disappointed

Not the same quality
I have 2 others from previous years & the quality has changed. The material is thin, the white color is almost see through. It also seems to run large with long arms.
