Cuisinart DCC-3400 PerfecTemp® 12-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a cuisinart coffee maker with a thermal carafe for about 15-20 years. A great product, so when the maker quit, we wanted another. I have to say while the coffee maker works well enough the thermal carafe is NOT thermal at all. What happened, why did you downgrade the quality of the carafe. And please don't give me that juvenile excuse about putting hot water in the carafe before brewing. So disappointed! PS. I will enter your sweepstakes if it means I might win a better thermal carafe!

Coffee maker was damaged. I returned it to Macy’s and ordered another coffee maker. The receipt shows it will be delivered 10/10. I have not received shipping confirmation or details just the receipt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the design of the coffee machine, unfortunately it does not keep coffee hot. We have to use a warming plate. If we want hot coffee. We program it at night for morning coffee that works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker is awesome, we were looking for a coffee maker that would keep the coffee hot for 2-4 hours. We purchased 3 before spending extra, but those 3 cost more than this one. So!! We also broke 2 of the glass pots due to trying to clean them. And the coffee that comes out very bold and richer than the others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are overall pleased with the coffee maker and it's our second one. Our primary complaint is that the coffee temperature could be a bit hotter since there is no heating element under the craft. The stainless steel pot is a must and if you get the glass one the coffee cools off very quickly.

Brews quickly and coffee is perfect. The carafe keeps coffee hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks great, but the white parts are already staining after only a few weeks of use which is annoying, particularly as you pay a premium for the white body. Regular dishsoap does not return the parts to the original color. Also, the coffee is not terribly hot so the carafe is kind of useless unless you like your coffee lukewarm. Finally, it is difficult to clean the unit around the coffee filter. The good news is that the coffee tastes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is NOT hot as described. I would say lukewarm at best. I need to microwave it. You are not able to put your hand in the carafe to clean it-model does not have a warming plate which may be the design-had I have known this I would not have purchased it. This was replacing a 12 cup glass carafe model with both bold and temp adjustment buttons for low, medium, and high. This model has neither. I am very disappointed in my purchase.
