I ordered a Small and received and XL. Through Macy's help chat I asked for an exchange for a size Small. They never set up an exchange just a return and by the time I figured this out the sale on the coat was over. This all happened within a few days. Horrible service.

It comes as a XXL not 2XL. Completely different size. I do not understand why they would advertise this as a 2XL and gave you a different size. If someone could change that it would be great. The jacket is awesome just the size is the main issue.
My boyfriend loves it! It adds a nice little touch to his outfits on the days that he wants to look nice without putting in too much effort. It keeps him warm and he’s gotten a lot of compliments on it!
The jacket is too big and a little heavy. I ordered the small, Im 5'11 and weight 155.
