Beautiful scent

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I purchased four perfume sets on September 8. On September 17, I was notified that delivery was delayed until September 23. Since then, no updates or notifications. I visited the store but couldn't get a resolution. When I called today, the representative was very nice, but explained that although Macy’s sells these products, another company is responsible for selling them. I verified that these same sets are also available in Macy’s stores. The only solution offered was a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase their orders, visit stores, and make phone calls just to end up without their purchases. Macy’s should take responsibility for the customer experience. One star is more than this experience deserves.
