Never received them, and after I complained about that, I got an email from you saying you were sorry they were damaged. I corresponded through your chat line a couple of times, they said the would re-send my boots, but just to make sure, I called customer service and found out they were sold out. I am very disappointed about the way this was handled, never found out what happened to my boots. My daughter has given me so many Macy's gift cards through the years.
