The size of the bag isn’t obnoxious but is bigger than my other crossbody style bags. I bought this to hold my camera so I can easily access it on shorter hikes, but it’s so versatile I’ve been using it as my daily bag as well. The Velcro pocket is the perfect place for a Kindle BTW!

I bought this to replace a similar Osprey bag I'd used daily for 10 years until it wore out. I use this as my day-to-day handbag. It's lovely and roomy, and surprisingly comfortable to wear. It is flatter to the body than I thought it would be, which may be because I haven't stuffed it full yet. The quality is good although I haven't yet put it through years of wear yet!

On the whole, this is a well-designed bag, useful for a day out or (airport) travel. However, it is designed to be best slung over the left shoulder to hang on the right side of the body rather than the right shoulder to hang on the left side of the body (as a leftie may be more likely to do).
