Calphalon Ceramic 12.5" Fry Pan with Lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has been everything we’ve needed for cooking! The performance is great. It’s nice and heavy and very durable. It heats evenly and nothing has gotten stuck on it to the point we can’t get it off and it doesn’t leave any residue behind. Very pleased with it and will continue to use until it can’t be used any longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non-stick is right! My family and I have cooked everything from stir fry to cheese burgers. Everything comes right out. Which makes cleaning a breeze. My favorite part. It doesnt take long to heat to temp either. With everything cooking evenly! It's a bit on the heavy side. However, it's a beautiful addition to any kitchen.

In a smaller kitchen, it’s important to be able to have cooking tools that work for different baking and cooking needs. Not only did this pan do amazing when cooking on the stove, it was able to handle being in the oven and cooked a handmade pizza. I wasn’t expecting the nonstick function to work as as smoothly as it it. It baked dough, and once done the pizza just slid right off into the plate. It was also a breeze to clean, and the food did not get stuck to the pan at all. 10/10 - I would definitely try their ceramic line in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Calphalon ceramic 12" fry pan right before I was leaving for a family trip. It was lightweight and nicely packaged, so I decided to bring it with me. I used it to make breakfast. Turkey sausage, onions, and scrambled eggs to be exact. It cooked evenly and the biggest things is it's TRULY NONSTICK. The picture added shows what the pan looked like immediately after removing the eggs. The handle did not get hot which helped with the transition from sausage to eggs. I would highly recommend this product. One thing to mention, this base is aluminum so it would not work with an induction cooktop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is amazing! I often cook and the one thing I hate is the cleanup. This pan says non stick and it truly means non stick! The heat was evenly distributed and the pan got over the burner perfectly. Zero complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pan! The ceramic nonstick surface works incredibly well. Nothing sticks and makes cooking and clean up so much easier. I used to make homemade English muffins and they turned out perfect with an even golden color. The pan heated evenly and I never had to worry about the dough sticking to the surface. It also comes with a lid which was very helpful for trapping heat while cooking.

The handle felt sturdy and well made. It had a fairly light weight and was easy to maneuver. Heat was distributed pretty evenly and fairly. I liked this fry pan. The color was also so pretty. Neutral and creamy.
