Calphalon Ceramic 3-Quart Sauté Pan with Lid

After a month of continued use, I have found this to be an excellent choice for our family. The heat distribution is very even and in keeping the burner to no more than medium high, I find that the sauce pan performs flawlessly. While I can not speak to the durability of the sauce pan, early indications are that I will not need to replace this pan for a few years. The food being prepared in it does not stick and if there is a slight sticking in the pan, it will come off effortlessly using normal dishwashing detergent. I am impressed with this sauce pan and have now made it my primary pan for making my meals.

Thé pan is heavy and very sturdy which shows it’s made up of really high quality material and will last a long time. The heating in the pan is even and very quickly to cook food fast and perfectly. food didn’t stick to the pan and that helped get it out perfectly. The handle on the pan is perfectly designed to help put strain on the hand and is cool to touch while cooks which helps pickup the pan when hot. The lid is perfect and helps prevent splatter from the sauce or otherwise. Cleaning the pan was a breeze. The pan is perfect for a family size meal and it stores easy. Absolutely love the ceramic coating and the color is also very neutral and pleasant to look at. It is totally worth the price and will be buying more in this line for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The is easy to cook on. You can wipe it with a paper towel or just rinse it after use. I have not had to scrub anything! Good value for the price! It also came easily packaged and ready to go with an initial wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Calphalon's hard anodised pans. We have atleast five of them and I'm trying their ceramic pans for the first time and i like it. I made pasta, curries, pancakes, and chapatis. It does stain a bit when cooking pancakes with blueberries or anything flour made etc. I don't like that. When we make something with flour based the heat feels like its not heating well.But everything else just skids through the pan so smoothly. The color of the pan is also so fancy and 3qt pans are perfect pans for us.
