Very pretty top.

Irritating sequins
After wearing this pretty top for five minutes I realized the plastic sequins around the neck were going to drive me crazy. They dug into my neck and constantly rubbed against me. I had already removed the tags and was told it couldn’t be returned without them attached. Very disappointing.
