[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regularly have digestive issues and stomach upset, so I was excited to try a probiotic product to help to alleviate my issues. Unfortunately, I don’t feel like this product gave me the results I had hoped for. I found the pill size to be good and I had no trouble taking two pills daily. I did find that these pills had a smell when I opened the bottle and I didn’t like the taste of them. It was almost slightly sour. I am not sure if this was just my bottle or if this is just due to the probiotics. I still found myself having consistent stomach issues while taking this pill, but maybe my issue isn’t something that probiotics can fix. If you have had success with probiotics in this past these pills seem to be of high quality and may be worth a try.

The biggest thing I noticed right away was less bloating after eating heavy meals. It does not have a smell and the pills aren't humongous. Also, you don't need to keep this in the fridge. No stomach upset or weird side effects! Give this a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve never take any probiotic supplements before, but have been wanting to try some as I’ve been having some stomach issues that have come about in my late 20s. I decided to try these for a week before giving my review, and I am quite satisfied so far. The dosage is 2 medium pills a day - I take them in the evening before bed. I haven’t had any stomach issues at all so far. I think my bloating has also gone down a little after eating as well. I would continue to take probiotics.
