I ordered brown from Macy's and black from their original website. Susu shipped the same day, so I received it faster than my Macy's order.Now about the bag. It's made well. Yes, it's not that big inside, and it's structured, not slouchy. I wish the leather grain felt more luxurious, so I assume it is not. The design looks very similar to a known name, and someone even complimented it thinking it was that bag, so it does look good in black.The brown with copper-tone hardware was way too warm for my liking. I kept the black. It requires a little more effort to open because of the magnetic straps, but overall it's made well.The lining is cotton with multiple pockets. I would have liked better extended sides for more room. I like the overall look.I just wish the leather was better. It does look grainy and smooth, but it kind of feels plastic-like and easily catches fingerprints and whitish spots from foundation. If you wipe it off soon, it's fine.

Very bad
The package I ordered and paid for on 9/8 was still not delivered on 9/15 after promotion said 3-6 day delivery. No updates, no text, they don’t answer their phone. Horrible service, I cancelled my order and will never buy from SUSU again!
I love the handbag I bought recently. But, it’s a little too small for me, so I gave it to my daughter. I am waiting for another handbag I ordered.
I already own a smaller version made by the original designer. This bag is not the same quality as that one but it is very nice. The leather feels and looks good quality. Disappointed by the top handle and interior--there is a weird zip pocket in front of the typical zip pocket along the back--it just sorta hangs there. Also, the top handle feels a bit stiff and plasticy. And lets not forget the chemical smell when opening the packaging--it was pretty intense. However, if you love the design and don't care about the designer, this is a worthwhile purchase at the sale price.
I really like the purse, the leather perfectly matches my shoes. It came packaged very, very well, and seems to be a very good quality! I too thought it would be a bit bigger, but it will work just fine :)
This bag is good quality and arrived very nicely packaged. I’m happy that it has several different zipper compartments. I did expect it to be slightly larger than it is.
