Eileen Fisher Women's Long-Sleeve Classic Collar Slim Blouse

I absolutely love this blouse both for its fit and texture. I sized down (from XL to L) because I wanted a more fitted look and because EF runs large, and I’m glad I did - just the fit I wanted. I purchased both the Midnight and Black to wear with EF pants in those same colors, and they’re perfect. Classy look. They go equally well with jeans or other bottoms and will look great open with a shell underneath because they have small slits at the sides. I can think of so many ways to wear them.

I love this shirt, which I bought in both black and marine. The shirt is great alone or layered over a Tee or cami.

Great piece in the Maritime color to compliment the wide leg pant. Love the texture too and how it stretches where you need it to stretch. Great travel piece too.

This is a beautiful blouse. Can be worn as a casually piece or as a going out for dinner attire. Comfortable and dresses your wardrobe up in a simple classic style.

I purchased this in Maritime in my usual PS. The color is a pretty blue, not navy but rather dark. It's fitted but stretchy and the fabric hides any bulges. It's very slimming, which compliments my petite size. The fabric should be great for travel. I was thrilled to this in Petites, perfect length and flattering. More Petites, Please! I wanted to order the Black as well, but it seems to be sold out in PS.

So, longtime EF wearer here. Apparently, this fit -- slim fit, basic length -- means tight and short. Even going up a size, I found the shirt FAR too short in the torso, and the sleeves were barely long enough. The fabric itself is super scratchy and gives off a lumpy appearance that just did not work for me. Trying to find and keep a Maritime colored top, I tried this worn open as a jacket, and it still didn't work. Returned.

I love wearing clothes that have a bit of texture - they add a nice bit of interest especially when you're wearing all one color - which is my style.
