That packaging was effective and kept the pills well and it waa safe for my children to get into them. All in all they are an okay product. But while they didnt make much difference for me they could be great for you!

I have been taking them about 2 weeks now and I am seeing changes. Less hot flashes and nighty sweats and I am sleeping better. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try.

I am currently going through peri menopause and the skin breakouts, hot flashes, and mood swings are crazy.. I have taken it for three weeks now and it seems as though my skin is clearing up a little. Not as many big blemishes. I have noticed my night sweats have not been as frequent. I have not noticed anything with my mood yet. Overall, I believe that these are working. They are easy to swallow capsules that don’t make me nauseous after I take them which is nice.

It definitely helped balance my mood swings, hormonal acne, and a little with my hot flash. The pill was small and easy to swallow. My only complaint is I did not like the smell but the smell isn't strong so that's definitely a plus

I need something to regulate my hormones so I didn’t have to put in medical menopause. DIM is a fantastic supplement, it’s odor free and I prefer the capsules over tablets, they are easier to swallow and the capsule size is comparable to a Metamucil capsule. I have never had any discomfort from the product, so I highly recommend it. As long as you do your research it’s an excellent product. Depending on your needs. I definitely recommend it.
