After religiously taking it before bed at night I can honestly say I do notice a difference. I suffer with restless leg syndrome, and probably other nerve damage that was never actually diagnosed by a doctor. Sometimes have neuropathy. The pill size is an average size pill like a vitamin you would take, I noticed that I was getting a better night sleep!because I was wasn’t aching as much which intern I was more energetic in the daytime. I was sleeping better at night.this was a huge difference for me! I will continue taking this because it benefits my overall health!

I was able to easily recognize many of the ingredients. It has vitamin d, vitamin b-6, folate, vitamin b-12, tumeric, ashwagandha, and more. All these ingredients have been shown to aid in your overall health, so putting them together in one capsule to support your Nerve function seems like a no brainer to me. I have some Nerve issues with my neck and back, so I was willing to try this supplement to see if it helped. I haven't noticed a huge difference, but overall have seen a slight improvement. Even if you don't feel any difference in your body's functionality, this supplements ingredients will aid in your overall wellness. It's worth trying to see what it does for you!
