Clarin's Multi-Active Skincare Set - A winner!
What a great deal this gift set of Clarins products was. Receiving full size day and night moisturizers was the key. Lots of free trial samples too. Why I choose Macy's for this type of purchase is because you can trust that what your are getting is the real deal, I'm never sure with other vendors.

Creams arrived with broken safety seals
I received my Clarins skincare set, and although the package arrived in good condition, the creams had their side safety seals already opened. The seals were clearly broken, which makes me uncomfortable using the products because I cannot be sure whether they were opened or handled before I received them. I expected the creams to arrive completely sealed and brand new. Very disappointing, especially for a high-end skincare product.
