chic and comfortable, lots of compliments

Chic and comfortable. I wore this with the matching pants and had positive comments all day. The fabric also felt terrific against my skin. I had tried a different caped article from an expensive designer, but it did not have the features this blouse had. The button and loop keep the cape perfectly positioned.
