As much as I wanted to love this product, it has made my roots so greasy. I've changed the amount I use, added water as recommended to build a lather, but even with a very small amount, my hair has no shine, volume, and is greasy at my roots. I was told there is a transition time for my hair to get used to it and it's been almost 2 weeks, but it's unfortunate to go to work with lifeless greasy hair.
Felt like i was using water onky to wash ny hair. Did not feel clean even after two washes. Little/no scent.
I can't describe how weird this shampoo smells. It's like rotten fruit or something. So unappealing.
I was struggling with significant hair loss due to stress, my hair was literally coming out in handfuls. I tried so many products which promised to help but never did. Whilst staying in a hotel in Belgium I used these products, because they felt and smelled great I decided to research and order them. I can honestly say that my hair has never been better. It is fine anyway and I wash it almost every day . It has stopped falling out and is growing properly again.
The quality and function of it are fine. The fragrance is not good. The handwash is so intoxicating but this is not good I may add essential oils to it to try and make it a better experience. Otherwise it’s just completely unforgettable. Will not reorder.
this is a really nice shampoo! Deeeefinately not an daily shampoo at this price point, but unbeatable if you want to make yourself a little spa night. The smell is DIVINE, and my hair felt very clean. If you have a little extra money and want to give yourself a treat, this is a solid bet.
I agree with what another reviewer said… tried this at a hotel and LOVED it. I immediately purchased and it’s not the same formula at all. Really disappointed and probably will not be repurchasing.

Ok I found this product at a hotel and at first i was like what? And then i used it for 3 days and it made my hair look and feel actually amazing. I bought it here. Such a fan. I think because it's all natural ingredients so my hair had a quick wait what moment.
Very disappointing shampoo this company produces. Watery consistency that leaves hair feeling dull flat and not clean at all. Conditioner quality is great.
