Not as described. Mine didnt have red light, heat yes light no. Def not worth the money. Return it same day

NOT THE PRODUCT DESCRIBED. IT ONLY HAD ONE LED LIGHT AND IT IS THE ON/OFF SWITCH. IT IS A VIBRATOR SCULPT CAP AND A VERY WEAK ONE. LOVERY MIGHT MAKE OTHER PRODUCTS AND SWITCHED IT BY MISTAKE OR SIMPLY SUBSTITUDE IT. BUT I NOTICED AT LEAST ONE OTHER REVIEWER DESCRIBING THE SAME THING.

I never write reviews but I was so disappointed that I had to write something. Disappointed- lighting apparatus does not fit or snap into the hat so it moves around. Hat fits poorly - no way you could move around / walk without it falling off. No instructions on how to turn on the features or how to place the lighting apparatus in the hat. No alert when light turns off/ session is done. First time using, I used both the red light and head and it burned my scalp. Too soon to see if the red light actually helps the hair growth. Useless it really helps with hair growth, I would not recommend purchasing this product.

So far I figured out how to use it it fits fine I plan on contacting lovery as stated it came with no directions or warranty. I google it and it gave a phone no.and a email address if any one has any concerns. You can get all that information. Hope this helps. .I've only used it a couple times i have the hair max head band but this is so much easier. And it covers basically the whole head. Time will tell if it works. Light isn't part of cap.... Picture makes it look like lights are part of cap. No instructions... Cap doesn't fit well. Buttons on unit not clear! Sent Email to ask for directions.. no response. Returning!

This hat is cheap. It’s not worth the money as soon as I tried to fascinate the clamp came off so now there’s no way for it to stay on my head and also for this price the red light should be made inside the cap and it doesn’t fit on anyone’s head. It just laid there.
