Liverpool Los Angeles Petite Sherpa Notch-Collar Denim Jacket

This jacket is so cute and fun with the fur sleeves and color. The denim is heavy enough for late fall and very happy with the quality and cut. I purchased petite and the sleeves and length were good for my height. I'm so happy that Liverpool offers petite sizes and purchase this line often.

I ordered this coat on Aug. 14th and received an email from Macys that I needed to make a decision before Sept. 27th to either wait for the backorder or cancel. I tried to cancel via the email sent to me on Aug. 20th but the cancellation link would not go through as stipulated in the email. I called Macys customers service on Aug. 20th explaining that I got an email from them regarding a problem with this item being unavailable and I needed to cancel or tell them I would wait. But, that I wanted to cancel. Customer Service told me they were unable to cancel, but that they would put something in stating that I wanted to cancel. I requested an email regarding this cancellation request and my refund since Macy is telling me they do not know when I would be getting this item. Customer Service stated that I would be getting an email within 24-48 hours about this cancellation or I would have to wait until Sept. 27th. Make it MAKE SENSE MACYS! I want my money!
