I was planning to wear this dress for a big presentation, but when it arrived in the mail, I was horrified to see that there are sequins all over the dress and that it's practically floor length, even though I'm 5'6. The images online are totally misleading.
I was very excited about the dress however you sent me a men’s navy blazer in 42 long. I spent a great deal of time on customer support and they didn’t quite understand why I was trying to return another item. It was very frustrating. Eventually, we connected with someone on customer support who was able to help us through it. Would’ve loved to have worn the dress however the event was long passed by the time it all got sorted out
