I was having frequent UTI's. I absolutely didn't want to continue taking Antibiotics. I saw a urologists he recommended I do a hormone vaginal cream to help curb my UTI's. I have compound pharmacy I use. Since using Uqora products plus the recommended vaginal cream I'm doing much better.

I use to get UTI’s monthly. After about 3 months of taking promote and defend I was uti free for 4 years You have to be consistent though and drink lots of water.
