I love this sweatshirt. It's warm without being heavy. It's roomy without being blocky. A medium fits perfectly well for all kinds of activities. It can even keep me cozy while sleeping. Just love it. Caution -- the label says to dry in the dryer on low. I wouldn't even do that. I dried mine, and the inside fleece got a bit mottled. Air dry, is my suggestion.
