That's absolutely for me
At first I thought it would be difficult to assemble, I'm 175 pounds and used it for almost 1 week without any problem. I actually used it for push up, chest dip, triceps dip, etc multiple exercise actions.

The packaging is very compact
The packaging is very compact. and then I found that the carton is not big. But very heavy, It is very suitable for girls or small sized boys and will not take up much place. This is a good entry level fitness product for me.

This set of dip bars is stuurrrrdy! And it's wide enough for me to work on my front lever move! Tools are included for assembling as well.

Very sturdy
This set is actually very durable I ended up returning it because I should've purchased a pull up bar, not dip bars. But otherwise, I built it and it was easy to assemble with the instructions. Once I had it assembled and try to complete my exercise

Great Product 100% Recommend
This is a great product and It is very simple to build and can be taken apart easily. When I use it I feel safe because of how stable it is and it has great padding grip. You can do a lot of different exercises on it. and I would recommend 100%.
