Does macys have unused clothes that they ship?
First off wrong color dress clearly used and a switch tag. Macys has bin horrible all of 2026 with sending used items. Ur stores the few you do have don’t have inventory. You order online wait patiently and then its used or wrong items so now you have to send it back wait and pray that they send you a new item. Where is the quality control
