This is a mid rise pant. The fabric and length are perfect.

Sharp looking outfit

I wore for first time last night with the matching blazer and I got so compliments. I bought the pants in a small and I am 5'3" and 115 pounds and they fit perfect. The length is long enough that I can wear heals and they are just the right length.
