Fable England Love Dove Huggie Earrings

The earrings are beautiful. They are smaller than I expected but the detail is beautiful. There is a defective clasp on the one hoop and it will not click shut. It's almost as if the back is worn down and is now bigger than the post that is to snap into it. I am very disappointed. I believe this is a third party item which is always a hassle to return. I have another pair of gold hoops that the charms will fit on. The earrings are beautiful and they were packaged beautifully but if you can't wear them they are useless to a customer. I would think that would be a basic quality control to open and close the earring. I was thinking of buying a locket from Fable but now I'm unsure.
