Pretty dress but horrible zipper

Very pretty dress. But the zipper doesn’t lay flat. I sized up and down and same thing with the zipper. Otherwise beautiful color and dress.

Never shipped and canceled without explanation

I ordered this dress middle of August and without explanation it was canceled on September 10. They never shipped the dress. Other dresses I have ordered from Alex & Sophia take FOREVER to be shipped. Never again!
