The gown is very soft and pretty, but the fabric is thicker than I wanted for summer wear. I prefer woven thin cotton gowns in a sheet like fabric. Unfortunately, when ordering, I did not notice that it was cotton jersey, which is not always as heavy of a fabric as this is. I like that it came in XXS, which is almost impossible to find.
I now own five (5) Eileen West nightgowns, all mid-calf, all cotton because I sleep hot. They will last me a lifetime due to the excellent quality of material, stitching and wearability/washability. Strongly recommend !
Great fit; great quality
This is an almost perfect nightgown! Cotton knit for comfort and easy care, roomy for nighttime comfort, the fabric is not sheer, and it's cute to boot! I only wish the back were not all the way up to the neck, but it's still very comfortable.
