Terrible experience

Bought this in a size M and received it damaged. I called to get a refund and did not get that. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I bought 6 sweaters and will be returning them all due to this experience with Macys smh. Shredding my card after this for sure. Highly disappointed with Macys and Free People.
