GREAT DRESS!
Beautiful dress - fully lined. Pleating adds interest to a classic silhouette. The mikado fabric adds structure, has a lovely sheen & adds volume to the full skirt. I am 5'-6", 140 pounds & 34C - a size 6 fits perfectly except the length. With a 3" heel - it is easily 4" too long so it needs to be hemmed.

Large, stiff, and strangely cut
I bought this to hopefully wear to a gala. I bought a 2 which was easily 2 sides too large. The bust/ armpit is cut very low and the stiffness of the fabric makes it look rather cheap. In person it is less of vibrant teal and more of a deep blue/green. It went back, needless to say.
