I knew I would need to have this altered as I’m petite in height, but it turned out beautifully and the fit and flow of the draping was fabulous. I wore this to an evening wedding in the Colorado mountains and it was striking and so comfortable. I actually look forward to wearing this dress again! One of my favorites and with a blue suede bootie.
The dress is way too long for me. I wish the listing had mentioned that it is better suited for a taller person, especially because of the style—the back is longer while the front is shorter. Unfortunately, if I had it altered, I don’t think it would look right because of the way the dress is designed. I really wish the length and fit had been described more clearly.
