I absolutely love the look of these sandals—they are incredibly sexy, modern, and look so sleek on the feet. The plush, ruched leather top band cuts a gorgeous line. However, the design has a major functional flaw: the back slingback strap keeps slipping down completely when I walk. There is absolutely no buckle or way to adjust the strap to make it tighter. Since these are made of genuine leather and elastic, they are naturally going to stretch out even further over time with wear, which means the slipping issue will only get worse. It is a heartbreaking defect because the styling is beautiful, but a high heel has to stay secure on your foot. If you have narrow heels, be prepared for the strap to drop!
