DIOR Sauvage Extrait Perfume Spray, 1.7 oz.

Bought this for my husband as a birthday gift in September, he loves it! The smell is unmatched! The scent stays on for hours!

Fragrance smells amazing. Have not have the chance to use it much since I work in the medical field and strong fragrances are not allowed and have not much of social life going on at this time. I do spray some on my wrist at bedtime ocasional just to enjoy the aroma.

This is even better than Elixer. Very strong scent that carries through the day.

​I really love this Dior Sauvage Extrait perfume, it smells amazing, it's a designer perfume with niche quality, great projection, rich scent, long-lasting performance, and really good intensity with a spectacular sillage. First off, this is a masterpiece. It’s absolutely a work of art and should be treated as such. It’s not just the entry level bad boy of Sauvage EDT (which can be supported by highschoolers with confidence) or the slightly more romantic and sweet EDP and Parfum. Nor is it the licorice barberpole powerhouse of the Elixir (though it does share some of that Elixir DNA for sure) No. Sauvage’s Extrait is next level in every single way, and needs to be approached with that respect. My first experience: I sprayed Extrait on one wrist and the Elixir on the other and for the next 14 hours, I compared them over and over, passing each my nose, and understood how the Extrait dwarfs the Elixir in terms of performance and longevity. It literally lasts forever. And even after it’s left your skin, you’ll still smell it on your clothes for months. Even now, vivid memories of it that scent constantly return even when I’m not wearing it… in my DREAMS. So to say it’s a “strong scent” is an understatement.. it is the biggest beast in the forest. Even though it’s technically the younger Sauvage sibling in the line, it is somehow so much older and mature, raw, rugged and confident. Another thing I noticed comparing them side-by-side was how in some levels they shared the same DNA. There’s some Elixir in the Extrait that becomes evident in the dry down, but that dry down becomes enveloped by the musk of that Vietnamese Oud which I can only compare to the campfire smoke from the most legendary night of your life. The Extrait isn’t just “rich” it’s wealthy. It is not cooly passive. It’s abrasive power in a bottle. And yet for all of this masculine olfactory authority, it’s also pleasant. My wife who is very picky says it reminds her of Christmas, so I know this one will be at the top of my winter roster this year. I have heard concerns that you’re only getting 50 mL for the price, but when you consider how powerful this stuff is (you only need two sprays and actually should NOT use more than two sprays) then 50 ml could last you literally years. To me, it’s a no-brainer. This fragrance is a legend that people will be talking about long after it’s been reformulated or gone out of circulation. I would suggest getting it before either of those things happen so you can be a part of the. Extrait Experience. Because an experience is exactly what it is.

Beyond the "classic" savage fragance, this one gives you an unique experience, highly recommend if profection is what you are lookingfor!

Very strong so the 50ml will last a while. 2-3 sprays max for me and lasts forever on skin. The oud in here is pleasant, no funk at all.
