This is a lovely necklace and I was so excited to wear it with a black dress to an evening event. I also purchased the ring that matches the same gold finish. This necklace opening is so small I have no idea who could put it on. It has no give whatsoever - it is well made so you can't even bend it to get it on. The opening is nearly 3 inches.
