Great straightners
These are excellent straighteners, good quality albeit heavy, but great results and quick!

Great product
Had my last one for over 5 years and the battery died, this one same good quality with a few minor upgrades. Didn’t think twice when I needed a new one, had to be the Dyson

Love!
I've used the corrale for a long time and upgraded to this model. I like the airwrap but this one allows me to control the curl and volume as well as straighten any wayward hairs. Definitely a fan!

Very short lifecycle
I have purchased this straightener for different times now over the last five years. The only reason I continue to buy it is because I have thick hair and it cuts my straightener time in half. However, every year, almost to the year, this straightener completely breaks down and the warranty is a joke.

Failures outside of warranty period!
Great whilst they last however they seem to die just after the warranty period expires with varying problems. A lot of these problems could be resolved if Dyson would design them to make parts changeable but they clearly don’t want to do that because they just want you to keep buying new replacements every time.

Don’t bother
I don’t like these straighteners, the plates do not glide through the hair at all, I can feel my hair catching and being pulled in the grooves at the side of the plates. I also don’t really rate the overall look of my hair after using them. The only reason I’ve given two stars is for the lower heat setting and the fact they’re cordless. They are NOT value for money.

I been Dyson costumer for around 6 years, and i love all their products. The straightener is wonderful and very practical for traveling
