I usually wear a medium. It is a bit loose around the small of my back. I am 5’4 115lb. My bust is 36D. I feel if I ordered small my bust would be tight. I will still wear it and maybe use a decorative pin in the back to tighten the fit.
Runs large but looks so good on, especially if you have a larger chest (32H and I purchased an XS and it fit).
