bad experience

This is my favorite perfume so I was disappointed to see that there was no protective packaging. The set just gets thrown in a cardboard box and shipped. When I opened my package the big bottle leaked and the little one was almost completely dumped out. Not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or shipping issue but nonetheless, this product deserves 0 stars.
