I placed order on September 27, 2026 according to the tracking number that was provided it was supposed to be delivered on September 30, 2026. I never received the order. I called Saturday, October 3, 2026 asking where my package is at. I was told it was never mailed. He told me that he would put it in for another one to be sent out because the first order was never mailed. I told him we needed the dress before Friday, October 9, 2026. Well, I get an email today, October 5, 2026, saying I was declined for the return of the dress. I’m confused. I never received the dress so therefore why am I paying for a dress I never received, and the tracking confirms that I never received it and confirms it was never mailed/shipped. Bad customer , they made me feel like I was a thief a liar. I will no longer order anything from Macy’s.

Took forever to come but didn’t fit all other dresses that were this size fit but this one
Beautiful dress that looks and feels high level designer! short but not too short. Zero stretch or give in the corset area so have to find the perfect size. Suggest sizing up if taller/broader-shouldered.
The dress is so comfortable and it look you like a princess! I love it!
My daughter and I fell in love with this for homecoming. The color is perfect. Not too much glitter. Modest, yet fun and age appropriate for a young teen. The size 13/14 fit but was a bit tight in the corset. She opted for the next size. I ordered the 15/16 and the zipper doesn’t close by about 5”. So we are left to wonder how is the 15/16 a solid five inches more narrow in the corset than the 13/14?
We purchased for homecoming dance. Great fit and comfortable. Very conservative. Just the right amount of glitter.
Wish it was slightly longer, but fits true to size, not too revealing and we love the color and style!
