I like the color of this top and it is a cute design. It seems to run a little small, but it still has a comfortable fit. I like that is long enough to hang lower than my waistline but doesn't have a lot of extra length to be bulky.
I like CeCe brand, their short lines and feminine look. But their sizing is not consistent. My range of size is from M, L and, XL., and this exactly what happened with a blouse: M was to tight and L to big.
