I absolutely had high expectations for these shoes, I refused to buy other clogs because I wanted these and they fell into my budget. The colors are amazing and what I plan to wear this fall. I was expecting a wooden heel and I guess I didn’t read the fine print, because they are plastic, which takes away from the Madden quality. The only good thing about that is it makes them very light. Not sure how long these will last. They also appear to be a returned back shoe, as all of the tags were off, paper in box crumbled and missing stickers on shoe on bottom, you can clearly see where the stickers previously stuck. I was going to send these back, but ended up wearing them for an event I had this past Friday. I was glad I had on wide leg jeans and people couldn’t see how cheap looking the heel looks. Ordered a 7 1/2, they are true to size, meaning they fit snug, the suede part is kinda stiff, you might want to 1/2 size up. Comfortable at first, but after an hour standing in these, they weren’t. I was surprised I didn’t have blisters and I forgot to use my shoe stretch on them. I walked on a waxed floor and thought I’d slide a couple of times, because of the plastic heel didn’t grip floor.
