Do not order Frango Mints
I ordered two one pound boxes of Frango mints. I waited for the order for more than two weeks. I received one one pound box. The Frango mints were all melted and stuck together. I could not speak to a person to help, so I have to drive to a store to get my refund.

Franco chocolate mints
The mints are delicious! I was surprised to see them near the Customer Service desk in Macy's.

Great chocolates but arrive melted
The chocolate themselves are great, but Macy's sends them with no packaging and half of them were melted by the time they arrived. Not even an option to ship differently and I can never find them locally. Don't know why they can't stock temperature sensitive item in stores.

Frangos
Frango mints delivered twice and were melted. We have always ordered these mints but never during a hot month I guess. They do not know how to ship chocolate..
