I never received the product. MACYS used to be my favorite shoe store . Customer Service never responded to my inquiry.

I purchased these about a month ago and I really liked them but they were just too big. I needed to have size smaller so they run true to size.

Comfort and Style, LifeStride Penny Loafers
I had not worn a loafer in many years, but when I spotted this modern version on sale I snapped it up. To my surprise this is such a nice, comfortable shoe. I can wear these with jeans, or dresses. Nice flexible insoles, too.
