DKNY Women's Balloon-Sleeve Faux Wrap Midi Dress

I bought this dress for a special evening out. The dress fit relatively well in a size 4 (my usual size). However, the. neckline continually gaped open which I could manage. The problem was that there is something wrong with the inside of the zipper (against the lower back skin). I wore the dress for a total of 4 hours and in that time, it managed to cut up my lower back along my spine in such a way that I have had to treat it with neosporin and considered going to urgent care this weekend. On inspection, there is nothing obviously wrong with this zipper, however I would be remiss if I did not mention this to another potential buyer. I am now trying to figure out if I can return this dress as the zipper obviously has a defect and I will NEVER wear it again.

Lovely dress, but did not have enough pop for a wedding. Would be a nice work dress.
